Forum Shopping Center

 

The Forum Shopping Center is located just off Stadium Boulevard, Columbia’s only four lane road linking I-70 and Highway 63. The central location allows The Forum Shopping Center to service all areas of the Columbia market.

The center is anchored by Columbia’s most upscale grocer, Schnucks, and the Goodrich Forum 8 movie theater. The Forum Shopping Center is one of Columbia’s most established destinations with roots dating back to the mid 1960s. With expansions, additions and immaculate upkeep, the center remains the standard for the region. 

The Forum Shopping Center is located in a highly affluent section of Columbia. Within a one mile radius of the center, the average household income is $89,179 with a median age of 42 years old. Over 68 percent of the people in this area hold a bachelor’s degree. Within a five mile radius are 109,945 people, spending over $61 million on apparel and services, over $124 million on entertainment and recreation, and over $128 million on food away from home every year.

Nifong Shopping Center

 

The Nifong Shopping center features 82,000 square feet of space and is home to Gerbes Supermarket, Kirlin’s Hallmark, Penn Station East Coast Subs, Crossfit Como, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and others.

The Nifong Shopping Center is located two miles from downtown Columbia and the University of Missouri. It is one of the city’s busiest intersections with 28,000 cars passing by the Nifong Shopping Center on Providence Road and 19,000 on Nifong Blvd. Providence Road is Columbia’s four lane link between the expanding southern section of the city, downtown, and the University of Missouri. Nifong Blvd. has recently been expanded and now connects with Grindstone Parkway, a new four lane connection to Highway 63. This expansion has caused the area to become one of the hottest residential and commercial markets in the region.

The Nifong/Providence area is a highly affluent, growing market. 95,455 people in 38,871 households are within five miles of the Nifong Shopping Center. The average household income in this area is $60,953.

Sedalia Square

 

Sedalia Square is located at the main signalized intersection of Wal-Mart Supercenter.  Sedalia Square is home to Goodcents Subs, Great Clips, Sally Beauty Supply, and GameStop. Adjacent to Sedalia Square is a mix of national retailers including Applebee's, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Freddy's, Panera Bread, and many more.

In addition to a daily traffic count of over 28,000 cars on Broadway in front of the center, within a five mile radius of the development there are 28,713 people living in 11,861 households with an average household income of $56,282. There are 7,028 daytime employees within a one mile radius of Sedalia Square and 20,258 within a three mile radius.

Our property is just a few miles from Tyson Foods' 1,600 employees and State Fair Community College, who has an enrollment of approx. 5,200 students.  Best known for being home to the Missouri State Fair and its nearly 400,000 visitors each August, Sedalia is also the county seat of Pettis County and has a trade area in excess of 30,000 residents.
