The Broadway Bluffs are located at the main entrance and exit to a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s, Hy-Vee, Academy Sports and Staples. Adjacent to the Bluffs are the Broadway Shops, another Lindner Properties location. The Broadway Shops are home to national, regional and local retailers such as, Applebee’s, Firehouse Subs, Plato’s Closet, Music Go Round, Commerce Bank, The Tan Company, US Cellular, Palen Music, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, GameStop, Massage Envy, Wing Stop and others .
The Broadway Bluffs themselves are already home to Starbucks, Chipotle, Houlihan’s, Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, Culver's, Crushed Red, and Potbelly Sandwich Shop. 30,000 cars pass The Broadway Bluffs on Broadway and 45,000 on Highway 63 everyday.
The Broadway Bluffs are surrounded by a mix of well educated, high income level consumers. Within a five mile radius of the development there are 100,555 people living in 40,976 households with an average household income of $57,993.
The Community at Old Hawthorne, located two miles east of the Broadway Bluffs on Broadway, is the largest residential development in the history of Columbia. The development encompasses 1000 acres including a private golf course, homes and luxury condominiums.
