Nifong Shopping Center

The Nifong Shopping center features 82,000 square feet of space and is home to Gerbes Supermarket, Kirlin’s Hallmark, Penn Station East Coast Subs, Crossfit Como, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and others.

The Nifong Shopping Center is located two miles from downtown Columbia and the University of Missouri. It is one of the city’s busiest intersections with 28,000 cars passing by the Nifong Shopping Center on Providence Road and 19,000 on Nifong Blvd. Providence Road is Columbia’s four lane link between the expanding southern section of the city, downtown, and the University of Missouri. Nifong Blvd. has recently been expanded and now connects with Grindstone Parkway, a new four lane connection to Highway 63. This expansion has caused the area to become one of the hottest residential and commercial markets in the region.

The Nifong/Providence area is a highly affluent, growing market. 95,455 people in 38,871 households are within five miles of the Nifong Shopping Center. The average household income in this area is $60,953.
